Breathing Underwater

[Ang'Jhu t'Radiak]

"Yeah... he tried to... well let's just say, even bound I can fight." Ang replied. "But good... I won't feel bad killing them."

[Tomarah t'Sei]

Tomarah raised an eyebrow at that, but didn't say anything. "Who has who?"

[Ang'Jhu t'Radiak]

"You take limpy, I'll take the other one. After all, he doesn't know what to expect of you, he'll know I fight dirty." Ang replied and readied herself. "Although I cannot wait until we're away from this damnable ship, I want to get this stupid helmet off. There are little sharp pieces from the guts they pulled out that are still in there."

[Tomarah t'Sei]

Tomarah nodded and moved into position balling her fists preparing for combat. She ran through her hand to hand combat training from the Romulan War Academy. She nodded to Ang'Jhu to indicate she was ready.

[Ang'Jhu t'Radiak]

As soon as the door opened, Ang was on the trooper like a wildcat, a quick, disorienting hand to his throat and then a stomp to his instep brought him down. The other guard with the limp attempted to call for help, but Ang managed to wrest the blaster from his partner and knocked the comm out of his hand leaving him open for Tomarah to take down.

Twisting the trooper's arm, she brought him to the ground and in a quick, brutal snap, broke his neck and removed his helmet and used it to finish the job.

While Tomarah worked on the other, she removed his boots and gloves and utility belt and put them on. If he was shorter she would have been able to fit into his chest plate, but it was far too large for her to move comfortably. So she simply made do with the gloves and boots, it felt good to finally have boots on again, even if they were huge.

[Tomarah t'Sei]

Tomarah made a savage kick at the knee of the man's bad leg. Unfortunately for Tomarah he moved just in time sending her forward stumbling. The trooper grabbed her by the colar punched her in the face which crushed he nose with a sickening crunch and spray of green blood.

The Trooper, with both hands threw her back into the cell. Tomarah landed on her back grunting in pain as the wind escaped from her lungs. There was a electronic chuckle coming from the helmet as he stopped and picked up his blaster and aimed it at Tomarah.

The Romulan instinctively raised both hands to deflect the energy blast knowing it wouldn't do a thing. The shot never came. Opening her eyes the injured trooped lay against the far wall in a crumpled heap. The bulkhead behind him was dented in, and his armor was damaged with his helmet laying on the deck a few meters away. "What the devil?"

[Ang'Jhu t'Radiak]

"Wow..." Ang said as she looked over at Tomarah and picked up the other trooper's weapon. "Well, that's impressive. Imagine what you can do if you actually had training." she helped Tomarah to her feet and opened up a case on the utility belt. "Here... let me fix that nose, not going to do you any good if you're not able to breathe as we run." she used the small medical device to stop the bleeding and open the airways and numb the pain. "We'll need to get you to an actual doctor to fix the damage, but at least you can breathe. Let's get going... " she picked up the other trooper's code cylinder. "Take this in case we have to separate."

[Tomarah t'Sei]

"It's not the first time they've broken my nose," Tomarah replied. "They like breaking bones in my legs and arms too. They don't even bother to interrogate me anymore. I won't tell them anything. I think they just do it now because they like it." She closed her eyes and focused on healing and quickly enough the nose was fully healed. "It's best we stay together."

[Ang'Jhu t'Radiak]

"Hey like my 'sister' taught me... have a back up plan." Ang said as she looked around. "This way... the map on this thing is a bit sketchy but there should be an emergency armory. Where we can secure ourselves for a moment and I can get dressed into something I can actually fight my way out in and we can get a better idea of how we can escape without killing ourselves. I do hope we can find enough small explosive devices I kinda feel like making noise once we map our escape route. Keep them on their toes, sew a bit of chaos since they love that so much, let's give them as much as chaos as they can handle."

[Tomarah t'Sei]

"I would prefer to be gone before they even know what hit them," Tomarah replied. "There's a shuttle bay somewhere I heard one of the troopers talking about it. Maybe we can get to that and fly out of here."
