The Way Out is Through

[Clint Cross]

"Pretty much..." Clint blushed slightly. "I have to say, it's... strange having another Selene in this house. Sort of got used to the idea of it just being me, Kaitlyn, James and Rommie... and Mackenzie of course. I swear they're going to just come home one day with wedding bands because they got married in some other culture's land or something where it's cool to marry teenagers."

[Liara]

“A good strange or a bad strange?” Selene inquired looking into his eyes hoping he wasn’t having second thoughts about bringing her there.

[Clint Cross]

"Good strange." Clint said as he pulled a couple of glasses out of a metal and foam lined box and poured her a glass. "I'll have food delivered... anything in particular you have a taste for... besides me of course."

[Liara]

Selene laughed softly as her cheeks darkened.

“Sorry missions always get me worked up.” She informed him as she took the glass of wine. “Doesn’t matter if the outcome is good or bad. I guess that’s what made it so easy with Lucius. He got what he wanted and I got what I wanted.”

[Clint Cross]

"So..." he sipped his wine. "Do you want to get out of that suit and get comfortable?"

[Liara]

“Yes,” Selene said as she brought her glass to her lips and took a slow sip. “I would like that very much.”

[Clint Cross]

"Up the stairs, second door to the left. 1st door is... bodies." Clint winced. "Old LMD frames, saving them for Halloween... gonna have a zombie hunt in the back 40... don't tell James."

[Liara]

“I won’t I promise.” Selene laughed softly as she started up the stairs.

“I’m pretty sure she wanted you to take the suit off.” Rommie whispered in Clint’s ear. “Should I light the candles downstairs now or do you want me to wait? We are going for romance right?”

[Clint Cross]

"And who said AI's weren't intelligent." Clint replied with a smile. "I'd take the suit off for her, but... I'd probably damage it. It's brand new." he chuckled as he lowered the lights a little and took off his jacket. "And I thought we had you in privacy mode..." he put his arm across Rommie's shoulders. "She's not exactly like our's but... she's something special."

[Liara]

“It was Privacy Mode with a wink but I forgot to wink.” Rommie said as they looked towards the stairs. “Selene told me if anything ever happened to her to look out for you. To make sure you were happy. Does she make you happy Clint?”
