When it Happens (Don't Mind Me)

“Why do I get the feeling that’s not the first time that’s happened?” Selene said as he freed her belt and she pulled off his shirt. She tossed his shirt aside as she stepped around the bourbon puddle. With a smirk she slowly pulled she shirt over her head and tossed it into a corner as she moved slowly towards the bed.

[Clint Cross]

Clint pulled off his slacks and kicked off his shoes as he followed her to the bed. In so many ways, she was exactly 'his' Selene, the way she moved, the seductive looks she gave him, even her smell and he did pick up on it as well. As much as he wanted to be the 'well adjusted gentleman spy' and refrain from this... he truly missed his wife and she was as close as he was going to find. And if he was able to woo her twice before, he can do it a third time.

He had a feeling he was as much on a test as she was. Luckily he played dirty and he knew pretty much every place on her body that would make her happy... in the back of his mind, his brain was shouting 'dude! you just buried your wife' and another part of him was going 'shut up! She's Selene, it's not cheating it's not a weird rebound, this is Selene. This IS the one woman you SHOULD be fucking at all.'

"Good thing i'm the boss, because I have a feeling we're going to be getting up late tomorrow." Clint said as he put his hands on her hips. "I can go as long as you can."

[Liara]

“I’m going to hold you to that.” Selene said as she turned them.

With a playful grin she pushed him back onto the bed and took a step back unhooking her pants. She slowly slid them down along with her underwear. Kicking them aside she unclasped her bra as she stepped towards the bed and let it fall away. Never letting her eyes leave his as she worked her way onto the bed.
Selene worked her way up his body giving him a show. Just like she would for any other man she was trying to seduce. Though Cross clearly didn’t need the motivation he was hard and already more than willing.

Kissing him roughly as she sank down on him and let out a moan that was only half faked. He felt good, better than Lucius. They’d see just how long he’d last when she was through with him as she picked up the pace. Not even Lucius could last long.

Suddenly, they shifted and she was on her back Clint sliding back into her. She let out a moan that wasn’t fake. He hit a spot in her and then again and suddenly she felt like she was coming undone beneath him. Her nails dug into his back as he forced her to let go.

In so many ways she was the Selene he had married twice... and yet she was just a tiny bit different. Muscles were a little different, the way she felt under his hands. It amused him that she was starting out with her usual seduction techniques, the slinky movements, the slightly more pronounced moans. It wasn't until he really took over that he was able to do to her, what his Selene learned a long time ago... that he wasn't just trying to puff up his own ego...

Despite herself, she started to let go and so did he, 'it's not cheating when it's the same woman' he told himself. Clint had started to realize just how badly he needed Selene, how good they were together and how much it seemed like they both needed this. Sex was one thing they always took a lot of pleasure in and over the years, they learned just how to set the other one off and how to stretch it out when they wanted to. Little touches, little adjustments and he could keep going until she climaxed and still had enough in the tank to go at least another round. It felt as if hours went by, they lost all track of time as they explored each other's bodies, he was pretty sure she thought that he was just boasting about how well he knew her. His Selene thought that more than once when they had sex after she lost her memory or after she had been manipulated by Jackson. Of course, they always tried to change things up every so often, but there were places he could touch her that would make her melt and sure enough... it was working.

Laying spent and sore and sweaty, more than a few scratches later Clint patted her backside so she would roll and pulled the sheets out from underneath her.

"So..." he said as he caught his breath. "Was I right?"

She laid their staring at the ceiling for a long time feeling far more naked and vulnerable then she physically was. No one had ever been allowed passed her defenses and Cross tore right thru them.

“You’re nothing if not honest, Cross.” Selene stated.

[Clint Cross]

"Told ya." Clint said with a smile as he looked over at her and rested on his arm. "Now you know."

[Liara]

“Yes, yes I do.” She said as she pulled the sheet over her body. She still felt naked and she hated feeling so exposed. “This was a mistake and please don’t say it...Don’t compare me to her.” She added softly trying to pull those defenses back up.

[Clint Cross]

"I won't." Clint replied and sighed as he looked at her. "You aren't her. But it's not weakness y'know. You ARE allowed to let go once in a while."

[Liara]

She closed her eyes and ran her hands over her face.

“I’ve…Oh this is stupid.” Selene said as she looked at him. “You worked your way in, Cross. I don’t know if it was because of her or because I let you. I’ve never…it’s never been like that with anyone. And you know that don’t you? You know exactly what I’m thinking right now.”

[Clint Cross]

"Pretty much... and is that a bad thing?" Clint replied. "I mean look... " he looked her in the eyes. "I have no idea what you've been through, got an idea but still. It took my Selene a long time to come to terms with all this, as much as she wanted it, she was scared shitless by it. Hell so was I. People like us don't usually get the happy ending. And we didn't. We get maybe little doses of happy and 'normal' in the middle of complete shit shows and crazy."
